Carrying out practical and theoretical training of trainees in the fields of electrical engineering, electronics, power engineering, and control engineering. Imparting knowledge and skills in accordance with the training ordinance and internal training plan, as well as conducting performance assessments of trainees. Supporting trainees in preparing for exams and in company and external projects. Supporting trainees in the development of technical, methodological, and social skills. Cooperation with partner companies, vocational schools, and the relevant chambers of industry and commerce. Preparing and implementing new teaching and learning concepts in relation to digitization.
