You have at least 5 years of consulting experience in digital strategy and/or product management and are comfortable managing complex stakeholder relationships, including C-level executives. Your Role in Shaping the Future

You help our clients define and implement holistic digital strategies and product ecosystems aligned with their broader business goals.

As a trusted partner, you work closely with interdisciplinary teams, including experts in product management, design, and technology, to craft future-ready product concepts grounded in strategic insights.

You lead workshops such as developing target pictures and customer journey maps with cross-functional client teams, transforming complex challenges into clear, actionable directions.

Throughout engagements, you maintain focus on strategic goals, connecting insights to impact.

You mentor junior colleagues, strengthen our strategic practice, and collaborate across disciplines to deliver outstanding results.

As a project lead, you actively shape and evolve client relationships, introducing new ideas and approaches based on data trends and emerging technologies.

By doing so, you contribute to the continuous development of our service portfolio and the growth of our client partnerships.

Your Value Add

Minimum 5 years of consulting experience focusing on digital strategy and product management.

Strong understanding of digital products, software ecosystems, and organizational or process consulting when needed.

A proven track record of leading projects and navigating complex stakeholder environments, including C-level executives.

Excellent communication skills that foster clarity and inspire confidence.

A proactive, curious mindset eager to explore new technologies like AI and data, with an ethical approach.

Fluency in English; German is a plus but not required.

A collaborative spirit, believing that great outcomes come from strong team efforts.
