Join our Team

Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions (BEWS) is seeking an energetic and talented engineer for our Ericsson Enterprise 5G Solution, providing enterprise customers with Private Cellular Networks for critical applications and cellular connectivity, including neutral host solutions. This sales engineer will help scale the enterprise 5G market and work with a passionate team excited about computer networks and making technology accessible and enjoyable.

What you will do

  • Manage Enterprise 5G related end-customer and partner engagements from start to finish.
  • Partner with sales teams to develop and execute strategic deals in complex sales cycles.
  • Match customer pain points and requirements with appropriate solutions.
  • Create and deliver impactful presentations and demos highlighting the value proposition.
  • Handle all technical aspects of RFP/RFI responses and manage proofs of concept, trials, and demonstrations.
  • Document customer and industry use cases for internal and external use.
  • Assist customers with configuration and provide training.
  • Communicate customer needs to R&D and product management for future improvements.
  • Gather and analyze competitive intelligence.
  • Collaborate with product owners to refine requirements.
  • Work with service teams to deliver reliable networking solutions.
  • Investigate and resolve complex networking issues collaboratively.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and introduce innovative solutions to enhance performance and efficiency.

Skills You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree with 5-7+ years of pre-sales solution engineering experience in 3GPP cellular technologies.
  • Deep knowledge of Core Network, Radio, and O&M domains.
  • Understanding of the enterprise (B2B) market, including major verticals and use cases.
  • Experience with security and enterprise IT such as routing, VPN, LAN, WAN, SDWAN.
  • Experience with enterprise OT.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to pursue consultative sales approaches.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Outstanding professionalism, conflict resolution, influence, and objection handling skills.
  • Self-motivated, with integrity and accountability, with a history of consistent achievement.
  • Strong business strategy and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Primary Location

UK/Reading or Germany/Aachen or Düsseldorf or France/Massy.
