Your IMPACT:
- Monitor competition and provide regular reports to the Sales VP for Universal Enclosure Europe
- Track and enhance qualitative factors, including customer satisfaction metrics
- Develop and implement strategies for the regional execution of corporate goals and business expansion
- Participate in regional and national trade fairs to promote products and engage with customers
- Achieve sales performance indicators within your area of responsibility, manage personnel, and oversee the personal budget of employees
- Design product offerings within the established negotiation framework to meet customer needs and market demands

Your Profile:
- Completed degree in Engineering, specializing in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or a state-certified Electrical Technician qualification, or equivalent education
- Proven professional experience in field sales, preferably within control cabinet and enclosure technology
- Experience in personnel management with budgetary responsibilities
- Proficient in PC skills, with solid knowledge of MS Office applications
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM for effective customer relationship management, process streamlining, and profitability enhancement
- Strong communication skills, self-motivated, and a demonstrated leadership ability
- Excellent proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken
