What you can expect
You will be responsible for independently processing and supporting the further development and implementation of the Microsoft Dynamics strategy in Europe.
You will organise and be responsible for the implementation of appointments, events, and training sessions related to Microsoft Dynamics.
You will create and support presentations on Microsoft Dynamics processes and strategies.
You will collaborate proactively with interfaces in the specialist area, especially IT and departments using Microsoft Dynamics.
You will support the development and expansion of processes related to Microsoft Dynamics implementation and optimisation.
You will organise and create reports on Microsoft Dynamics key figures.
You will analyse and utilise key figures and statistics for internal target groups in the Microsoft Dynamics area.
You will develop action plans and oversee the follow-up, validation, and review of measures in the Microsoft Dynamics domain.
You will serve as a key user for various IT applications, processes, tools, reports, and knowledge management platforms like SharePoint within the Microsoft Dynamics environment.
You will work closely with other key users in your area and neighboring areas.
You hold a degree in business, IT, or a related field.
You possess in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, especially in strategy, implementation, optimisation, and quality assurance.
You are familiar with relevant systems and processes in the Microsoft Dynamics environment and tools such as SharePoint, Power BI, CRM reporting, and process modelling.
You have advanced presentation, moderation, and communication skills.
You have experience with data analysis tools and creating complex data models.
You have managed and controlled cross-departmental projects.
You work analytically and systematically, demonstrating strong communication and teamwork skills.
You are independent, proactive, and proficient in German and English.
