Our client is a successful and well-established international private equity fund, with their entrepreneurial mid-cap team looking for a (Senior) Associate to be based in their Frankfurt office. The fund has an excellent track record across multiple fund cycles and a strong deal pipeline. They focus on sectors such as business services, healthcare, and industrials. What the job involves

• You will be an essential member of the team with exposure to the full lifecycle of investments from acquisition through to exit.
• You will collaborate, influence, and execute strategic changes across the portfolio companies to build strategic and financial value in close cooperation with management teams.
• Expect early ownership of tasks, hands-on contributions, and consistent collaboration with senior management.

Who we are looking for

• Great academic record from an established university.
• Prior professional M&A experience from a top-tier/boutique investment bank or a consulting background, ideally with additional mid-market private equity experience.
• The team seeks someone who values collaboration and prioritizes team culture.
