To grow our Healthcare business, we are seeking an Account Manager (m/f/d) for the EMEA Region, based in Germany, France, or Spain.
Responsibilities
- Implement and execute the Healthcare strategy across the EMEA region.
- Manage existing business and develop new sales within our Healthcare portfolio, focusing on customer retention and growth.
- Maintain regular contact with customers through visits, monitoring their needs and the competitive landscape.
- Introduce our new excipient range and build a pipeline of opportunities to increase market share.
- Promote our portfolio to new customers and collaborate with the Business Development team to create projects.
- Lead customer projects in coordination with technical, marketing, operational, quality assurance, regulatory, and sales teams.
- Update market databases, forecast business potentials, and maintain relevant tools for demand planning and pricing.
- Represent the company at trade associations and congresses through presentations and networking.
Requirements
- Over 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry in a commercial role, preferably in pharma excipients.
- Existing network of potential customers and partners.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, (Bio-)Chemistry, Biology, or related field with relevant work experience.
- Self-motivated, organized, goal-oriented, team player.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time.
