Network technician (m/f/d)

We are currently looking for Network Technicians (m/f/d) for the Mecklenburg-Vorpommern region.

Your tasks:

• Support of IT customer infrastructures in the area of end devices, hardware and printers
• On-site fault analysis and rectification as well as rollout support
• Installation and configuration of hardware and software via remote or on-site support
• Technical escalation management and support in the IT service desk or helpdesk
• Maintenance of documentation and optimization of processes

What you bring with you:

• Technical vocational training or retraining in the IT sector, e.g. as an IT systems integration specialist (m/f/d), IT systems technician (m/f/d), IT systems electronics technician (m/f/d), IT service technician (m/f/d) etc.
• Knowledge of the current client and server operating systems in the Windows environment
• Good knowledge of German and ideally English
• Driving license (class B) is an advantage
