Plan and organize warehouse infrastructure and optimize layout and workflows
Analyze and continuously improve warehouse and logistics processes
Select appropriate storage and transport equipment based on operational needs
Ensure compliance with legal regulations, internal quality standards, and GMP/FDA guidelines
Manage and oversee inbound, outbound, and shipping operations
Ensure accurate picking, packing, labeling, and dispatch of goods
Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks
Identify and implement measures to increase warehouse efficiency
Evaluate and select transport service providers, including structured tender processes
Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant warehouse environment
Document and report any logistical issues or deviations from standard procedures
