The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley, we are starting our own battery cell production and ramping up our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. The tasks and requirements of the unit Information Technology are varied. IT handles all matters related to information technology, i.e., electronic data processing. Responsibilities range from IT infrastructure to digitization of the organization and the operational use of electronic data processing throughout the organization.

How You Will CELLebrate

1. Lead the technical and architectural design, development, and support of low code/no code solutions to expand capabilities in Microsoft 365 within PowerCo.
2. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and implement business automation solutions.
3. Evaluate software products and introduce them in accordance with PowerCo's technical and security standards.
4. Ensure scalability, performance, and security of business automation solutions, staying updated with latest advancements and integrating them into PowerCo's solutions.
5. Develop and maintain automation solutions and documentation, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
6. Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and domain experts to gain operational insights.
7. Participate in technical communities to stay informed of best practices and industry changes, sharing knowledge within the organization.
8. Provide architecture designs, configurations, administration, and support to expand capabilities in Microsoft 365, and educate users and stakeholders on self-service solutions.

What You Need For Our CELLebration

1. Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Relevant certifications in business automation, Microsoft Power Platform, or related technologies.
3. Proficiency in English is required; proficiency in German is advantageous.
4. At least 5 years of relevant experience in technical leadership and development of business automation solutions.
5. Extensive experience with Microsoft 0365, Microsoft Power Platform, and other low code/no code solutions such as ServiceNow.
6. Strong understanding of technical and security standards.
7. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
8. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
