We are seeking a Local HR Business Partner (m/f/d) for our location in Ettlingen.

The HR Business Partner aligns HR strategy with business goals, advises management on HR issues, and acts as an employee advocate and change agent. Responsibilities include assessing HR needs, communicating proactively, and supporting organizational change.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Manage employee relations and conduct investigations
  • Guide performance management, restructuring, workforce, and succession planning
  • Support recruitment processes
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and policies
  • Identify training needs and coach executives
  • Lead HR projects and change initiatives
  • Consult on country-specific employment law and policies
  • Participate in HR assignments and projects
  • Support business strategy implementation and HR-related matters
  • Engage in value-added HR activities for business benefit
  • Coordinate with global HR and local management

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree; HR certifications are a plus
  • 3-5 years of HR experience preferred
  • Proficiency in HR technology and data analysis
  • Fluent in German and English (C1 level or higher)
  • Knowledge of labor law
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
  • Change management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
