TASKS

  • Drive initiatives to identify and implement helpful digital tools and inspiring guidelines, supporting teams worldwide in the creation of Live Brand Experiences (Events and Trade shows) for ZEISS.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize and expand the digital landscape of tools and guidelines, to meet their evolving needs and to inspire outstanding live brand experiences for ZEISS.
  • Support the development and implementation of guidelines and training contents for new tools as well as communication activities supporting their global implementation.
  • Operational Tasks: Maintain Guidelines, Training contents, and tools, and advise teams in planning and executing digital events based on our tool landscape.
  • Explore industry trends and best practices: Identify relevant developments in digital brand experiences for Live Events, share insights with teams, and integrate key innovations into the experience and the toolset.

PROFILE

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a comparable field.
  • Willingness to pursue a job-integrated Master’s degree.
  • Experience in Digital Events / Online Marketing.
  • Interest in digital technology and digital experiences.
  • Experience with virtual event formats is a plus.
  • Project management skills are required.
  • Very good English skills (at least C1) and German skills of at least B1.
