Program Manager - Process Innovation Center (m/f/d), Magdeburg

This position is with TDK Electronics, a leading manufacturer of electronic components used in nearly all electrical and electronic devices. The Program Manager will oversee initiatives and services across TDK Electronics departments and locations, focusing on technological infrastructure and process enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement initiatives to improve production technologies, robotics, and automation.
2. Support feasibility studies and pilot projects to test new processes, and coordinate their industrialization.
3. Create and monitor project plans, timelines, and budgets.
4. Collaborate closely with internal teams, external partners, and factories.

Qualifications:

• Extensive understanding of operations and modern manufacturing processes, gained through several years of experience.
• Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related fields.
• Strong project management skills with initiative, organization, and prioritization abilities.
• Experience with Agile management methods is preferred.
• Leadership skills and willingness to lead teams.
• Ability to work effectively with remote, multi-country, and multi-cultural teams.
• Fluent in English; German language skills are a strong plus.
