We’re looking for a Junior UI/UX Designer to join our team and make a real impact! You will contribute to cutting-edge projects that shape the future of our company and industry.

Key Responsibilities

• UI Design Production: Create high-quality UI assets for product features in collaboration with product managers, business analysts, content writers, and front-end engineers.
• UX Deliverables: Develop mockups, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to support feature development and testing.
• Design System Development: Maintain and curate design system components for consistency across products.
• Design Operations: Support and optimize workflows, processes, and tools to enhance team efficiency.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with your manager, peers, and the Design Operations team to align goals and share feedback.

Bring to the Team

• Educational & Experience: Degree or equivalent in a design-related field, with experience designing for apps and web.
• Technical Skills: Ability to expand design systems, with basic knowledge of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG).
• Soft Skills: Self-organized, good project management, collaborative, open to feedback, eager to grow.
• Passion for User-Centric Design: Committed to creating products that prioritize user needs.
• Communication: Strong English skills; German is a plus.
