Your mission

Freaks 4U Gaming is looking for structured and experienced Project Manager with a passion for driving complex, cross-functional projects in the dynamic world of gaming and esports. In this role, you will lead and manage initiatives from planning through execution, collaborate across departments, and ensure that every project meets its objectives in terms of time, budget, and quality. You'll also help improve internal processes, contribute to knowledge sharing, and work closely with internal and external stakeholders. The position is based in Berlin-Spandau.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage cross-functional projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery on time, budget, and scope
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and track progress using appropriate tools and KPIs
• Facilitate project meetings and ensure clear communication across all stakeholders
• Support commercial and marketing teams in planning and executing pitches and client projects
• Identify operational improvements and contribute to more efficient workflows and team performance
• Apply project management tools and methodologies and help train team members in their use
• Proactively manage risks and support quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle
• Present project updates, risks, and achievements to stakeholders in a clear and structured way

Your profile

Required qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in project management, ideally in an agency or fast-paced environment
• Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects
• Highly structured, solution-oriented, and adaptable work style
• Proficient with standard project management tools and practices
• Fluent in both German and English (spoken and written)

Nice to have:

• Experience with Atlassian Jira & Confluence
• Interest in gaming, esports, or digital agency work
• Basic business understanding and a knack for numbers
