Description:

• Support of development projects with regard to product quality and product-related customer requirements.
• Support of product development processes and preparation of reports.
• Close cooperation with development and project management with regard to quality requirements.
• Contact person for staff and customers on topics related to existing processes.
• Conception, development and maintenance of continuous optimisation measures.
• Derivation of relevant quality guidelines.

Skills Required:

• Completed technical studies, or comparable training, with additional qualification in quality management.
• Knowledge of common product quality methods (APQP, PPAP, FMEA).
• Experience in the product development of automotive systems.
• Knowledge of different maturity models and their application.
• Independent and motivated way of working for the continuous improvement of processes.
• Strong analytical and quality awareness.
• Very good written and spoken English.

Responsibilities:

The responsible person guarantees that the internal rules and customer requirements are available, followed and satisfied. He or she is responsible for the lessons learned process (e.g., in the D/P FMEA meetings).
