We are seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to join the Platform Engineering domain (DevEx Segment) in the Internal Developer Platform team.

The Platform Engineering goal is to provide easy-to-use, self-service platforms to enable other segments to build, deploy, and monitor their business applications efficiently.

• Maintain, implement, and optimize all systems and applications related to Platform enablement, focusing on our Internal Developer Platform (Backstage) and Github governance.
• Influence our Developer Experience strategy within N26 to empower development teams to deliver features faster.
• Contribute to improving the security and compliance of our systems.
• Implement and support various automation processes within our systems.

• Experience with at least one scripting language (e.g., TypeScript or Python).
• Proficiency with Linux environments.
• Passion for cloud computing, understanding its limitations and advantages.
• Strong interest in security-related topics.
• Experience with Github, ArgoCD, Terraform.
• Ability to navigate the open-source community to resolve and fix issues.
• Open-mindedness and interest in providing cutting-edge infrastructure.
