Our operational metering unit is responsible for all services related to meter management and customer service, carried out directly at customer locations. These include installations, troubleshooting, quality assurance, disconnections, research, readings, and more. We are the face of our company for our customers and always aim to balance legal requirements, safety, and customer satisfaction.

What You Will Do:

• Prepare, set up, and operate complex measurement systems and communication devices for relevant energy types (electricity, gas, etc.) in the region.
• Prepare and execute work on customer-specific systems and regional technical special topics.
• Train and prepare for installations of all metering concepts.
• Coordinate construction activities with other departments and external installers.
• Serve as the technical contact for the installation team and maintain close communication with related departments, especially the device storage and device technology.
• Create service orders, such as remote meter readings and special measurements.
• Support team leadership, especially in safety (on-site talks) and quality management (self-inspection of installations).

What You Bring:

• Completed electrical vocational training plus further qualification as a master / technician in a relevant field (e.g., electrical engineering or similar).
• Several years of professional experience, ideally in metering and measurement or similar technical fields.
• Good knowledge of relevant standards in metering or the technical basics to quickly familiarize yourself.
• Proficiency with common IT applications and measurement/testing equipment.
• Self-driven with high quality standards.
• Active communication skills and ability to build rapport.
• Commitment to safety and ensuring others' safety.
• Driver's license class B.
