In this key role, you will drive company-wide learning strategies, digital platforms, and competency frameworks – with a strong focus on tech-enabled solutions. As Senior Learning & Development Expert (m / f / d) at Exyte, you will help shape our global learning ecosystem and ensure our employees are ready to meet tomorrow's challenges.

Your tasks and responsibilities

• Develop and implement enterprise-wide learning strategies including governance and standards
• Introduce and evolve modern competency and skills frameworks
• Build and manage a global training portfolio, combining in-house programs and external digital learning solutions (e.g., LinkedIn Learning)
• Design state-of-the-art learning experiences on our existing SAP SuccessFactors LMS (Learning Management System)
• Conduct training needs analyses, identify skill gaps, and develop appropriate learning measures
• Bring several years of experience in international Learning & Development, ideally in a tech-driven environment
• Have solid knowledge of digital learning solutions (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, LinkedIn Learning) and modern learning methodologies
• Design competency frameworks and instructional content
• Possess a strategic mindset combined with a hands-on mentality and strong project management skills
• Communicate effectively, demonstrate creativity, and make complex topics accessible to diverse audiences
