Our client is a well-established large main contractor involved in diverse projects, especially in the construction of Data Centers. They are seeking a Senior Project Manager with a background in Civil/Concrete structural works for a €500 million Data Center build in Frankfurt.

No prior Data Center experience is required for candidates with the right attitude.

The package includes a base salary with allowances, flights, accommodation, and other benefits.

THE ROLE:

Senior Project Manager/Civil Structural Architectural

DUTIES:

• Coordinate all Civil/Building work packages.
• Manage Site Safety in collaboration with safety personnel, including setup, management, and close-out.
• Oversee Site QA in conjunction with the Projects team.
• Manage Project Schedule with Planner, Project Managers, Sub-Contractors, and Engineers/Architects to meet client requirements.
• Support project cost tracking with the project QS’s.
• Manage daily site operations.
• Oversee sub-contractor activities, progress tracking, and manpower levels; conduct sub-contractor meetings.
• Participate in Site Meetings, Internal and Engineering Reviews, Planning, Coordination, and Handover Meetings.
• Support project close-out activities, including Final Account, Punch List, Safety & QA Files, Material and Plant relocations, and Project Plan.
• Conduct weekly commercial meetings to ensure variations are captured and processed.
• Handle change management regarding Cost & Programme.
• Review drawings and setting out details.

Skills & Qualifications

• Third-level qualification in Engineering or similar.
• Minimum 10 years of industry experience.
• Experience in scheduling, programming, and sequencing.
• Proven ability to manage teams effectively.
