IT Administrator (m/f/d)

We are a fundraising agency and a team of 60 employees who work with organizations in the fields of disaster relief & development cooperation, human rights, animal welfare, health care, church and culture. We implement fundraising measures and attract and retain donors and other supporters for the German non-profit scene. JRC operates an IT service center and data center for the affiliated companies of the SOBA Group and supports over 250+ users at 10 locations in Germany.


These are your tasks

  • After comprehensive training, you will be responsible for independently processing tickets in the areas of user support and data center monitoring.
  • You will plan and configure hardware and software according to specifications (for example, when setting up, moving or installing new workstations) and help with automated and manual software distribution.
  • You support the further development and optimization of processes to ensure quality standards.
  • You provide support with system enhancements, release changes and the introduction of new IT solutions.
  • Planning and initiating preventative measures to minimize disruptions round off your diverse range of tasks.
  • Technology: Microsoft Azure Local, Acronis, PRTG, Fortinet, Unify.

What you bring with you

  • You already have professional experience in the IT Service Desk / User Help Desk. Ideally, you have successfully completed training as an IT specialist specializing in system integration.
  • You have a customer and solution-oriented approach to problems and have a strong service mindset and process orientation.
  • You have experience in system and network administration.
  • You are familiar with Microsoft 365 products and like to keep up to date.
  • You impress with reliability and a friendly communication style.
  • The ability to work in a team and a sense of responsibility are a matter of course for you.
