Material and Process Industrialization Chemist / Engineer (m/f/diverse) - REF84173V

As a member of our central Material & Process Industrialization (MatPI) team in R&D, your main tasks will include:

1. Leading the industrialization of dedicated compounds and hot process technologies in close cooperation with plant functions and R&D development teams.
2. Providing the Plant / R&D interface connection for dedicated plant(s) on material and hot process topics.
3. Driving compound quality excellence within the plant responsibility by identifying gaps and implementing improvement measures.
4. Applying and sharing know-how through documentation and lessons learned from industrialization activities.
5. Participating actively in Process Risk Assessments for new developments.
6. Leading or being a team member in multidisciplinary projects related to material industrialization.

Your profile

• Academic degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Engineering, Material Science, or a comparable field.
• Experience in material industrialization, compound, or process development is preferable but not mandatory.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills in an intercultural and international environment.
• Committed, self-driven, and willing to travel internationally.
