To drive our Digital Business Partner” vision, our AI team focuses on leveraging AI across all areas of our platform. We are now looking for a Product Manager AI to shape the future of Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) through modern AI capabilities.

Your Responsibilities

As Product Manager AI, you will play a critical role in defining how AI can enhance financial and operational planning, data analytics, and automation. You will work cross-functionally with AI specialists, engineering, design, and customer success teams to explore and implement AI-driven solutions that make performance management smarter, more intuitive, and more effective.

• Lead AI-Driven Product Discovery and collaborate with AI experts and product teams to define impactful AI initiatives, prioritize them, and enhance our B2B SaaS offerings.
• Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a bridge between AI and platform product teams, engineering, and customer success, ensuring seamless AI integration into our product suite.
• Enhance Product Experience: Drive usability improvements, workflow automation, and AI-driven insights to elevate customer satisfaction.
• Shape AI Strategy & Execution: Work closely with senior leadership to align AI initiatives with our strategic business vision, customer needs, and market demands.

Key AI Initiatives You’ll Drive:

• AI-powered insights & decision support: Enable users to query and interpret financial and performance data easily.
• AI-driven scenario planning: Support users in creating, adjusting, and optimizing business plans and scenarios through AI-powered modelling and recommendations.
• Holistic business value perspective: Integrate our performance management system with broader business ecosystems and context data to expand insights beyond financials.

Your Profile

• Extensive experience as a Product Manager in a B2B PaaS or SaaS environment (ideally in EPM, CPM, FP&A, BI).
• Strong AI expertise and a passion for leveraging Generative AI, Machine Learning & AI in enterprise software solutions.
• A strong understanding of finance, planning, and analytics
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers and translate their needs into actionable AI-driven solutions.
• A data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills to identify opportunities for AI-driven improvements.
