Amazon Logistics is searching for an Acquisition Manager who will be responsible for owning the country-level strategy and execution of a new acquisition program that enables our Delivery Service Partners (DSP) to attract, hire, and retain high-quality Delivery Associates at scale.

Key job responsibilities

We are looking for a self-starter responsible for the country-level strategy and execution of the acquisition program, enabling DSPs to attract, hire, and retain high-quality Delivery Associates at scale. This highly visible role involves frequent interactions with director and VP levels and offers 360-degree responsibility to build and manage a fast-growing program with large budget accountability.

Responsibilities include partnering with key stakeholders to adapt the core components of the EU Acquisition program based on marketplace dynamics. The Acquisition Manager will collaborate with a multi-functional team, building skills in operations, marketing, and partnerships. They must think creatively, operate agilely in a fast-paced environment, and be resilient to meet ambitious targets.

Key functions for the role include:

  • Leverage third-party marketing agencies to scale recruitment campaigns across EU, achieving profitability targets.
  • Identify, develop, and implement innovative solutions to improve DSP recruitment networks.
  • Build and maintain reporting mechanisms to drive process improvements.
  • Communicate strategy and performance updates to VP level.
  • Establish and maintain partnerships with internal stakeholders, support teams across EU, and external vendors.
  • Drive consistency and build capacity across EU to support DSP growth and scalability.
  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure strategic projects progress and deliver results on time and within budget.

Minimum qualifications

  • Completed Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience in Business Development, Account Management, or Talent Acquisition.
  • Experience managing large scope projects with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Fluency in English and French (written and verbal).

Preferred experience

  • Managing complex sales pipelines or scaling business relationships with proven results.
  • Building complex programs from the ground up.
  • Managing stakeholder communications with senior leadership.
