1. Designing our women's outerwear, focusing on a sports collection
2. Conducting trend research and presenting fashion trend forecasts
3. Developing color schemes in consultation with the buying team
4. Supporting collection development and creating/updating collection overviews and mood boards
5. Creating style sheets
6. Communicating with our global suppliers in English
7. Conducting store checks and attending fashion trade shows worldwide

Qualifications:

• Completed studies in graphic/fashion design or a comparable qualification
• Initial professional experience in fashion design
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Confident handling of MS Office, especially Outlook
• Good command of English, both spoken and written; German skills are a plus
• Passion for fashion, lifestyle, and trends
• Strong creativity and excellent graphic and typographic skills
• Good observational skills and ability to empathize with different target groups
• Open personality with independence and team spirit
