Your mission at Voi

The Site Manager is responsible for ensuring our operations run smoothly, safely, and efficiently by leading our fleet operations team. As we expand in Germany, you will oversee the new launch in Kiel. This role is crucial to Voi’s performance, combining people management with process improvement and execution. Responsibilities include:

• Supervising and ensuring high performance within teams, fostering teamwork and a sense of belonging across warehouses.
• Maintaining best-in-class standards for our scooters by collaborating with the team to deliver top service to end users.
• Partnering with internal stakeholders to plan and structure field and warehouse workflows, including shift planning, performance monitoring, and implementing standard operating procedures.
• Engaging hands-on in vehicle maintenance and repairs to ensure quality, extend vehicle lifespan, and minimize costs.
• Acting as a safety role model to create and sustain a safe work environment. You will manage all warehouse personnel.
• Serving as the point of contact for external parties such as 3PL providers, landlords, staffing agencies, and local business associations.
• Collaborating with Talent Acquisition to screen, interview, onboard, and train new team members for field and warehouse tasks.

What you'll need to embark

We seek a strategic leader who enjoys hands-on work and has experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in German and English is required. The ideal candidate also possesses:

• Over 3 years of relevant experience, including team management.
• Knowledge of digital tools (MS Office, G-suite, ERP systems) and data tools (e.g., Tableau).
• An understanding of business management, financial principles, and leadership.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.
• A valid driver’s license for Germany.
