Join a Solid Industry Player as Junior Industrial Controller

Our client, a key player in the industrial and manufacturing sector , is currently looking for a Junior Industrial Controller (M / F / X) to strengthen its finance team.

Your Responsibilities

As part of the finance department, you will support planning, analysis, budgeting and reporting within a manufacturing environment. Your contribution will be essential to track performance and support data-driven decisions.

  • Assist with month-end, quarterly and year-end closings
  • Perform monthly financial reconciliations and group reporting
  • Handle monthly bookings and reports for inventory, payroll, and provisions

Cost Management :

  • Monitor inventory valuation , including obsolescence follow-up and stock take processes
  • Track WIP (work-in-progress) movements
  • Manage warranty and repair provisions , perform variance analysis
  • Support payroll controls , including accruals and reversals
  • Follow up on Capex : budget monitoring, monthly reports, and grant tracking
  • Contribute to standard costing (annual calculation and monthly variances)
  • Allocate business costs by product line

Financial Analysis & Internal Processes :

  • Provide accurate and timely financial analysis to support strategic decisions
  • Help maintain strong internal controls by documenting and updating business processes
  • Assist in the budgeting and forecasting process
  • Collaborate on project proposals , including planning, deadlines, and financial monitoring

Profile & What We Offer

Your Profile :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or similar field
  • A first professional experience (approx. 1–2 years ) in an industrial or production-related environment
  • Solid understanding of financial principles, controlling, and cost allocation
  • Excellent command of English (both written and spoken); any other language is a plus
  • Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a collaborative spirit
