The MEDIAN AGZ at Weinstraße Bad Dürkheim is a clinic for full-day outpatient rehabilitation for psychological, psychosomatic, and addiction disorders with 40 treatment places. We are seeking a full-time administrative all-rounder (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities

• Secretarial tasks: for the commercial director and chief physician, handling mail, email, phone calls, organization, appointment scheduling, documentation.
• Patient management: invitations, admissions, stays, and discharges.
• Administration: communication with rehabilitants, referrers, cost and service providers, ordering.
• Personnel administration: job postings, contract preparations, onboarding, billing of services, monitoring outstanding payments, invoice verification, cash register management, inventory.

Desired Profile

• Completed commercial or administrative training.
• Experience in a similar role, preferably in an outpatient rehabilitation center.
• Knowledge in personnel administration.
• Strong communication skills, organizational talent, flexibility.
• Engagement and motivation.
• Interest in a versatile role within a great team.
