Role Overview

The Marketing Operations Manager will develop scalable, data-driven marketing systems to improve lead quality, enable performance campaigns, and support international growth through automation, attribution, and analytics. This role offers the opportunity to shape the operational marketing engine of one of Europe’s fastest-growing SaaS companies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize marketing tech stack (HubSpot, GA, Meta, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
  • Develop attribution models supporting budget optimization
  • Enhance lead scoring, segmentation, and qualification workflows
  • Create and maintain marketing KPI dashboards
  • Prepare infrastructure for international market expansion

Key Objectives & Success Metrics

  • Implement accurate attribution models used in campaign planning
  • Increase MQL to SQL conversion rates
  • Achieve high dashboard adoption and satisfaction (>90%)
  • Reduce manual workflows via automation

First 90 Days Expectations

  • Complete a tech stack audit with recommendations
  • Launch initial attribution setup

Qualifications

Must-Have Skills:
