IT Administrator : in Digitalization (d / m / w)

Karlsruhe full-time collective agreement

Your tasks - what you can expect from us :

• Development and implementation of a long-term IT strategy for the digital transformation of our company
• Initiation, development and maintenance of digitalization processes
• Administration of IT systems in the Windows environment
• Implementation and maintenance of security systems
• Support for IT end devices (e.g. notebooks, tablets, printers, telephones)
• Processing all IT-relevant issues relating to hardware and software in day-to-day business
• Collaboration in the creation of organizational documents and legally required reports in the IT area
• Training the team in the use of software

Your profile - what you should bring :

• Completed vocational training in IT, comparable degree or career changer with professional experience
• Basic knowledge of IT organization, database administration, management and organization
• Good knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and server applications
• the ability to analyze, optimize and strategically align complex IT systems
• a digital, process-oriented and structured way of working
• you are committed, reliable and work independently
• you have an open, communicative nature and enjoy working in a team
• good written and spoken German (C1 level)
