Responsibilities:

• Apply your technical skills in maintenance, repairs, and system installations.
• Analyze and resolve complex technical problems, conduct tests, and routine inspections.
• Utilize your IT knowledge in installation projects and internal initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Degree from a technical school or university in Media Technology, Mechatronics, Precision Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Medical Technology, or a related field.
• Over 2 years of practical experience in a similar field service role with a strong customer service mindset.
• Familiarity with IT topics, including network setup, server management, interfaces, electronics, mechanics, pneumatics, EDP interfaces, and measurement technology.

Preferred Skills:

• Good command of English and fluent German language skills.
• Highly organized, proactive, and confident in communicating across hierarchical levels.
• Residence in the greater Munich/Ingolstadt/Augsburg area.
