As part of the global Workday Team, you will be responsible for Global Workday Reporting and Dashboarding, and will consult, support, and train colleagues and the global HR community.

You will develop relationships with global process owners and subject matter experts to understand reporting needs and set up the necessary technical and organizational structures and solutions.

Your responsibilities include creating new reports, identifying areas for improvement in reporting performance and quality, and researching new system functionalities, trends, and HR best practices.

You will manage projects related to operational reporting and analytics for Germany and globally, including executing proof of concepts (HR-related and Workday views), planning projects and change requests in collaboration with process owners, designing solutions, ensuring quality, controlling budgets, and providing training.

Additionally, you will establish organizational tasks and processes to enable reporting governance, including developing and overseeing governance guidelines.

You will build and manage a global reporting community within ZEISS, ensuring effective communication, continuous improvement, and training for this community.

Your profile

  • Degree in Business Administration, HR Management, Business Informatics, or a related field
  • Over 3 years of hands-on experience working with Workday
  • Over 1 year of experience with Workday Reporting (Advanced, Matrix, Composite, BIRT) and Dashboards
  • First experience with Workday Prism
  • Solution-oriented mindset
  • High IT affinity
  • Analytical and conceptual thinking
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
