EVIM – Evangelischer Verein für Innere Mission in Nassau – is a growing non-profit organization with diverse areas of work: from schools and nursing homes to residential groups, workshops, daycare centers, and large kitchens.

For our team in Real Estate Management Housing, we are looking for immediately a Real Estate Agent (m/w/div) in full-time (39 hours/week) at our office in Wiesbaden.

What you can expect from us:

  • Management and support for part of our residential portfolio – from marketing and lease agreement creation to utility billing
  • Lease and receivables management and implementation of rent increases
  • Support in establishing the 'Operating Cost Billing' department
  • Customer-oriented and independent management of our tenants
  • Organization of minor maintenance and repair measures, as well as supervision of service providers and suppliers
  • Participation in the financial planning of assigned properties and implementation of related budgets
  • Assistance with larger maintenance projects and on-site inspections
  • Maintenance of property data in the management software

What you bring:

  • Completed training as a real estate agent or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in real estate, ideally also in WEG management
  • Experience in implementing maintenance measures and coordinating with service providers and craftsmen
  • Experience in creating operating cost statements
  • Strong communication skills, team spirit, and service orientation
  • Structured and independent work style, organizational talent
  • Driver's license class B (car)
