Your responsibilities
Your focus is on substantial consulting, building sustainable client relationships, and initiating business deals. All of this without the typical sales talk – instead, with a solid attitude, entrepreneurial thinking, and a true hands-on mentality. You operate at the intersection of market signals, client needs, and our portfolio. From this triad, you develop strategies that not only win new clients – but also keep us relevant to them.
In detail, this means:
- You develop smart, relevant consulting approaches for complex challenges and implement them together with expert teams.
- You conduct initial conversations with decision-makers on a common ground – always aiming to create value, spark curiosity, and identify concrete starting points.
- You identify and qualify potential new clients – through your own network, market analysis, or in collaboration with our Business Development team.
- You develop initial strategic ideas and solution outlines – even without a full briefing, relying instead on your sense for challenges and opportunities.
- You contribute your understanding of market trends, industry developments, and technological innovations to help the team develop new offerings and proposal formats.
Bring in what makes you special. This should include:
- Several years of experience as a consultant, concept developer, or in a comparable role – ideally with a background in digital transformation projects.
- You are able to tackle complex digital challenges – for example in the pharmaceutical, construction, or logistics industries – with clear, comprehensible solution approaches that go beyond canvases and method toolkits.
- You are willing to learn independently and acquire industry-specific expertise relevant to our clients.
- You have a strong sense of when your ability to abstract or your role as a strategic guide is needed in consulting. Substance matters more to you than volume, and you measure impact by the success of your clients and your team.
- You think and work in a connected, networked way and have an entrepreneurial sense for market movements.
- Excellent German and English skills round off your profile.
