Technical Consultant

• Company : Identity & Access Management Software & Solutions Company ( you don't need IAM experience)
• Salary : Upto €84,000, depending on experience
• Location : Frankfurt office - remote friendly upto once in the office every 6 weeks, but a presence more often if you like an office environment. Some client travel for kick offs expected in the DACH region.

Here's what they're looking for :

• Y ou've worked on complex software projects for 2+ years - perhaps with an application focus? maybe as a software developer? as an implementation consultant? - they care about transferrable skills
• You have a technical skillset somewhat - API's, databases, maybe scripting etc - you're someone who could learn to configure & install their software / solutions (you do not need to be a developer, just 'technically oriented')

You'll be comfortable in a client facing role playing a key role on the technical side ensuring the success of implementation projects

Technical Consultant / Technical Project Manager

You'll help turn your client's needs in to reality with the successful implementation of their software / solutions in to their environments.

Some key aspects to your role (POST SALES)

• Develop technical specifications
• Define solutions
• Support the non-technical project managers
• Oversee configuration and testing phases
• Conduct product training to help customers understand their applications
• Project management

You'll be part of the growing German office, one of the newer locations in this international business. You can expect to have a project load between 2-4, and you'll be focussed on the DACH region where currently most of the demand is for new software & solution implementations.

Due to the complex environments their technology suits, you can expect to work with large customers (3-6k employees on average) and projects between 6-12 months on average across Government, Automotive and much more.

There's room for people with different focusses, preferences, strengths etc here. If you're someone who wants to do more technical tasks, or you want to be more on the 'project' side, there's multiple possibilities.

This Venture Capital-funded company have been established for almost 20 years in the Identity & Access Management industry providing software & solutions to to well known names internationally. There's just over 100 people in the business spread across 3 different countries, with around 20 in the German team.

The German office has been working on client projects for around 3 years, so a relatively short amount of time vs the company history. This kind of environment will suit someone who wants to influence how things are done, can work independently, can bring in their ideas etc. Your colleagues are open minded people, problem solvers, people who think in solutions... and are genuinely just a nice team of people!

This role is being hired because of growth; last year they hired more than 10 across their offices, and this is a key hire for their German office currently. Your immediate team is around 5 people and a new head of department joined 2 months ago to help shape the future, help you work to your strengths and ambitions etc.
