Technical Consultant / Technical Project Manager
You'll help turn your client's needs in to reality with the successful implementation of their software / solutions in to their environments.
Some key aspects to your role (POST SALES)
You'll be part of the growing German office, one of the newer locations in this international business. You can expect to have a project load between 2-4, and you'll be focussed on the DACH region where currently most of the demand is for new software & solution implementations.
Due to the complex environments their technology suits, you can expect to work with large customers (3-6k employees on average) and projects between 6-12 months on average across Government, Automotive and much more.
There's room for people with different focusses, preferences, strengths etc here. If you're someone who wants to do more technical tasks, or you want to be more on the 'project' side, there's multiple possibilities.
Company
This Venture Capital-funded company have been established for almost 20 years in the Identity & Access Management industry providing software & solutions to to well known names internationally. There's just over 100 people in the business spread across 3 different countries, with around 20 in the German team.
The German office has been working on client projects for around 3 years, so a relatively short amount of time vs the company history. This kind of environment will suit someone who wants to influence how things are done, can work independently, can bring in their ideas etc. Your colleagues are open minded people, problem solvers, people who think in solutions... and are genuinely just a nice team of people!
This role is being hired because of growth; last year they hired more than 10 across their offices, and this is a key hire for their German office currently. Your immediate team is around 5 people and a new head of department joined 2 months ago to help shape the future, help you work to your strengths and ambitions etc.
