What You Will Enjoy Doing

  • You lead technical discussions with customers, showcasing a deep understanding of industry challenges and opportunities
  • You develop strategic roadmaps in collaboration with customers to help them achieve their decarbonization goals
  • Your expertise in the hydrogen value chain and the Linde portfolio allows you to identify and drive growth opportunities across the region
  • In addition, you identify growth areas and design country-specific strategies to align targets and joint activities for successful segment expansion
  • You work independently within your segment, interacting effectively with multiple cultures and organizational levels to drive collaboration and achieve results
  • Furthermore, you identify emerging market trends and collaborate with Linde Technology and local teams to develop tailored customer concepts that meet industry needs

What Makes You Great

  • You possess a university-level degree in Technology (engineering) and have a minimum of eight years of relevant working experience
  • Moreover, you have a proven track record of leading successful projects in Metals and/or Glass production
  • You have relevant experience in cooperating with and managing various stakeholders across hierarchies, countries, and cultures
  • You possess deep knowledge of Linde application technology (e.g., Oxyfuel and decarbonization applications) and can lead or support technical conversations with customers, positioning Linde as a technology leader
  • You have the ability to drive and deliver against targets on time and with quality, through decision-making, influencing, and direct control
  • Your strong communication skills enable you to effectively present complex topics at all levels
  • You have an excellent understanding of the industrial gas business, applications, and profitability drivers, especially within the Metals and/or Glass Industry
  • Also, you thrive in a competitive environment and customer landscape in the industrial gases market
  • Your analytical skills are outstanding, characterized by a structured and data-driven approach, and you excel at collecting, interpreting, and utilizing data to drive digital transformation
  • Your English and German is business fluent (additional language is a plus)
