The Société de l'Aéroport de Luxembourg (lux-Airport) is the aerodrome operator responsible for the operation of the airport infrastructure. Our platform provides, among other things, direct flight services to more than 100 destinations via 16 airlines.

To continue meeting our commitments and developing new projects, we are recruiting an Airport Master Planner.
The objective of this position is to join our Finance & Real Estate Department to develop and maintain lux-Airport’s master plan. You will act as the main point of contact for all airport master planning activities, reporting directly to the CEO.
Your responsibilities include:
Daily tasks:
- Developing and maintaining lux-Airport’s master plan, outlining medium and long-term development and expansion goals;
- Conducting feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for proposed projects;
- Collaborating with engineering and operations departments to integrate projects into the master plan;
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders;
- Managing and controlling master plan-related projects, including cost control.
Additional duties:
- Ensuring compliance with national regulations and EU/EASA standards;
- Supporting air traffic forecasting and related tasks;
- Preparing progress reports for senior management and the board;
- Communicating development plans and initiatives to stakeholders;
- Identifying emerging trends and best practices for integration into the master plan;
- Reporting directly to the CEO on all master planning activities;
- Participating in the onboarding of new employees.
The ideal candidate profile includes:
Postgraduate degree (Master’s) or equivalent experience in a similar role.
Experience:
- At least 7 years of relevant experience in a similar function;
- Knowledge of EASA / IATA aviation regulatory frameworks.

- Good knowledge of EASA regulations.
