Job Description :

Spin Master is a leading global children's entertainment company creating exceptional play experiences through its three creative centres: Toys, Entertainment, and Digital Games. What will you work on

The Senior Sales Assistant actively assists the German Sales team to maximise sales activity with the company's key customers.

How will you create impact

  • Provide robust administration support for the Sales team, including sales data analysis, customer forecasting, and SalesForce tracking.
  • Serve as the interface between customer and order management in Bratislava and Far East.
  • Act as the principal contact with buying assistants of key accounts, handling arising situations.
  • Ensure accurate completion of listing data, WEB assets, and pricing requests within specified timeframes.
  • Prepare for customer meetings and previews promptly.
  • Keep customer WEB Shops updated.
  • Ensure timely placement of customer orders in line with launch dates, promotions, and forecasts.
  • Set up and monitor customers' digital campaigns and promotions.
  • Manage stock control.

Support communication between Order Management, customers, and Senior Key Account Managers.

  • Follow up on stock control for orders based on forecasts and allocations.
  • Prepare for meetings with agendas, sales data, stock levels, and presentations.
  • Attend internal and external meetings, take minutes, and develop action plans.
  • Follow up on action points to ensure completion.
  • Assist with forecasting by analyzing sales data and chasing orders as needed.
  • Produce listing sheets with dimensions, images, and data.
  • Request price/discount setups and send article texts and images to customers.
  • Coordinate with marketing to obtain mockups, images, and samples.
  • Generate reports on listings and promotions.
  • Act as a point of contact for the sales team in their absence.
  • Perform any additional duties assigned by the Directors.

How will you fit into the team

The Senior Sales Assistant reports to the Senior Key Account Manager.

What are your skills and experience

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the CPG or toy industry preferred.
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field desirable.
  • Retail experience at store level or in retail planning is an asset.
  • Fluent in German (written and spoken).
  • Good knowledge of English.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills.
  • Ability to create business presentations, work with Excel files, and read POS reports.
  • Customer-driven approach and proactive attitude.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships both externally and internally.
