Senior Sales Manager - Custom Managed IT Services (m/w/d)

Operational Services (OS) is one of the leading ICT service providers in the German market and is considered the backbone of digitalization for small and medium-sized enterprises. It is the autonomous, agile unit of the Telekom Group, dedicated to sustainably accelerating digital transformation in the German Mittelstand. With over 1,000 highly qualified employees, it develops and operates state-of-the-art information systems, manages private and public cloud platforms, and ensures long-term 24/7 system support and availability of critical operational processes.

Responsibilities:

1. Independent identification, development, and implementation of measures for new customer acquisition and business development within defined existing customers across various industries.
2. Responsibility for meeting order intake, revenue, and profitability targets with our IT service portfolio (Consulting, Managed IT Services, and Solutions).
3. End-to-end responsibility from acquisition through proper proposal and contract design to contract closing.
4. Active participation in the continuous development of the service portfolio.

Qualifications:

• Solid professional experience with comparable services and managed services (cloud, infrastructure services, operating systems, etc.) with corresponding revenue responsibility.
• Strong acquisition skills (identification of sales opportunities).
• Excellent communication skills at all management levels.
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking, as well as systematic and structured working methods.
• High willingness to travel.
• Fluent German and good English skills.
• Ideally, a successful master's degree or comparable qualification with relevant professional experience.
