Our FEH IT team (Digital Solutions | Future Energy Home) develops and operates software to manage home energy devices such as photovoltaic systems, inverters, batteries, EV charging wall boxes, heat pumps, and meters as a cloud-based solution for our central and local units, enabling the rollout of these solutions to end customers. We integrate with numerous vendors’ devices and apply centralized insights, analytics, and control mechanisms for these devices.

Meaningful & challenging – your tasks

1. Responsible for matching the system landscape to the applications required to fulfill business needs (Product Owner need)
2. Create a target architecture with support from the Technical Solution Architect for a clearly defined topic
3. Align with the Enterprise Architect to ensure overall fit of the implementation
4. Check dependencies on other initiatives
5. Clarify business requirements and support the creation of user stories together with Business Analysts
6. Analyze and evaluate business and IT requirements with the Product Owner (functional, non-functional)
7. Assess Data Privacy and IT Security requirements and ensure necessary security features are incorporated into the solution architecture
8. Align with the Technical Solution Architect for technical translation
9. Present solutions to the relevant Architecture Boards together with the Enterprise Architect

Authentic & ambitious – your profile

1. Master's degree in computer science, engineering, business administration, or economics
2. Passion for technology and a desire to innovate and drive change
3. Profound experience in software development or related field
4. Outstanding analytical competence coupled with strong problem-solving skills and process orientation
5. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
6. Good understanding of software development methodologies and technologies, with experience in Agile, Scrum, and Design Thinking methodologies
7. Deep understanding of software architecture design, infrastructure, and cloud development
8. Familiarity with project management tools and processes, e.g., Jira and Confluence
9. Familiarity with DevOps organizations and processes
10. Fluent in German and English
