We are looking for a Manager, SMB Sales to join our dynamic team of creatives, engineers, marketers, and forward-thinking business folks. As our Manager, SMB Sales, DACH, you will build and lead a new team of Account Executives in the DACH region responsible for continuing the growth of our product. You will report directly to our Director, Commercial Sales, DACH. With this role, you’ll be part of the early DACH team in a fast-growing sales organization. You’ll collaborate with our existing customer base and potential customers to drive meaningful relationships that contribute to the customer experience and revenue.

This is a full-time role based at our Berlin office.

What you'll do at Figma:

  1. Hire and manage a team of motivated and diverse individuals to cultivate an environment of success
  2. Participate in customer and prospect meetings
  3. Assist in continual training and development, including mentorship, hiring, and career growth
  4. Help craft and develop sales processes and initiatives
  5. Interview, hire, and train new team members as we scale the business and company
  6. Deliver weekly forecast meetings and mentor Account Executives on strategies to help exceed their goals

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

  1. 5+ years of sales experience (preferably within SaaS)
  2. 2+ years of management experience
  3. Understanding of our technical and competitive landscape
  4. Ability to thrive in a constantly evolving environment
  5. Outstanding coaching, writing, discovery, and presentation skills
  6. Excitement for growing customer happiness and developing lasting customer relationships
  7. Proven track record of leading successful and consistent sales teams
  8. Fluency in German

While it’s not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:

  1. Additional years of management experience within a SaaS company
  2. Experience using or working with Figma, or other UX/UI experience
  3. Ability to thrive in a constantly changing and evolving environment
  4. Experience with Command of the Message or MEDDIC sales methodology
