The Role

Germany is currently their fastest-growing region in terms of ARR, with a continuously expanding client base. This growth necessitates significant investment in their Technical Support team to ensure excellent customer service.

Success in this role will involve resolving complex customer issues efficiently, helping customers maximize their cybersecurity investments through expert support, and collaborating internally to reduce resolution times.

What We Are Looking For :

  • Professional proficiency in English
  • At least 4 years of experience in a Technical Support role
  • Experience in a Cybersecurity vendor or within the Infrastructure/Networks space
  • Strong working knowledge or experience with Cloud Technologies such as AWS, Azure, and GCP
