Autorecycling Kempers GmbH is a modern, future-oriented family business specializing in the sustainable recycling of vehicles. We stand for innovative recycling processes and the highest standards in vehicle processing, with a capacity to process 200 cars per week, making us one of the most modern facilities of our kind.

We are seeking passionate individuals to join our team in vehicle dismantling and recycling, focusing on safety, environmental standards, and technological innovation.

Responsibilities

• Performing dismantling and proper disassembly of vehicles, including new vehicles, using modern, digitally supported dismantling plans.
• Handling both traditional combustion engines and advanced high-voltage systems (electric vehicles).
• Adhering to safety and environmental standards during the dismantling process.
• Working in an environment without the usual customer pressure.

Qualifications

• Ideally completed training as a KFZ-Mechatroniker or a comparable qualification; motivated career changers with experience are also welcome.
• Technical understanding and willingness to learn new technologies.
• Precise, structured, and clean working style.
