The contribution you will bring to this role:

Reporting directly to the EMEA Sales Director, the Sales Manager Germany/Austria/Switzerland (DACH) plays a key role in expanding business development activities and new business sales. This position is based remotely in the region and will focus on driving new business development in the workplace safety market, encompassing B2B, distributor, and end-user management. This role will create sustained growth by achieving and surpassing aggressive sales targets, expanding business reach, and proactively developing new sales opportunities across the region.

What you will do at Justrite:

  • Drive profitable growth that exceeds sales targets in the Germany/Austria/Switzerland region.
  • Identify and partner with specialized or regional channel partners in your region.
  • Create, plan, and implement a strategy in alignment with a global sales strategy.
  • Identify new distributors and end-users to drive sales growth.
  • Educate distributor partners on how to sell Justrite’s workplace safety products.
  • Conduct joint visits to end-users with product sales specialists.
  • Partner with Inside Sales to gain entry to new accounts.
  • Drive new product introductions into your assigned region.
  • Identify key end-users in targeted verticals and support Marketing.
  • Develop a growth strategy for implementation.
  • Ownership for DACH accounts, budgetary planning, and implementation.
  • Manage and leverage strong relationships with current clients.
  • Develop a strong understanding of target markets.
  • Attend industry functions, association events, and conferences.

Your skills and expertise:

To ensure your success from day one in this role, Justrite requires the following qualifications at a minimum:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
  • 10+ Years of proven success in sales with territory sales management experience.
  • Fluency in English and German.
  • Ability and willingness to travel at 50% or greater.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
  • Experience building and managing sales teams.
  • Demonstrated comfort making decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer focus and strong networking skills.
