The gross annual salary is between €82,000 and €85,400, depending on qualifications. Please note that we can only consider candidates with a valid, unrestricted work permit for the EU (no student visa).

Job description

Tasks

  • Conducting and moderating Material Management Seminars for airline and MRO customers worldwide
  • Providing internal training for Airbus and Satair colleagues to improve customer service
  • Planning, organizing, and delivering international training events, including full event management
  • Supporting the maintenance and development of training materials
  • Collaborating with the marketing and training teams to promote training offers
  • Handling customer inquiries and coordinating training administration (hotel bookings, invitations, transport, etc.)
  • Managing the global training mailbox, including direct communication with customers

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in communication sciences, business administration, or economics
  • Extensive experience in customer service / customer care
  • Several years of experience in project management as well as event and communication management
  • Business-fluent English skills (min. C1), German and French are a plus
  • Proficient in Google Workspace
  • Willingness to travel internationally (at least 5 times per year)
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
  • CV in English required
