We are in an exciting phase of rapid growth at deepc. As we continue to grow, we have identified the need to find a commercially astute Applications and Solutions Specialist to assist in supporting the sales function and their business development activities.

Reporting to the Head of Professional Services, this role is primarily responsible for supporting the sales team in engagement with new and existing customers. Working closely with the customers clinical and technical teams this role will serve as an overall solution expert to customers, prospective customers and sales representatives with product demonstrations, sales training, end-user training and assist with the design and development of the clinical solutions for our customers. This role drives the understanding within customers of the deepc solution offering and how the deepc solutions fit within the customers clinical and technical environments. It is the responsibility of this role to become the clinical expert and be able to demonstrate all aspects of the product, including our partners solutions, the technical architecture, system requirements and deep integration. This role is responsible for ensuring that our clients receive the best implementation and support experience to maximise the use of the deepc portfolio of products.

The Applications and Solutions Specialist will assist the sales team and engage with new and existing account sales opportunities to establish relationships and credibility with clinical and technical staff to drive discovery and demonstrate our solutions. This role will assist the sales team in establishing the business case for implementing deepc solutions including return on investment or other value associated with the solution. Based on those customer facing activities, the role will prepare clinical and technical solution information and architecture material and other sales collateral, they will participate in tender submissions and associated activities. The role will be involved in ensuring demonstration systems are prepared and available for any member of the sales team to deliver a high-quality presentation and demonstration.

  • Support the sales team in engagement with the customers clinical and technical teams to drive the understanding of the deepc solution offering and how the deepc solutions fit within the customers environment.
  • Present to customers (remotely and onsite) on the AI partner portfolio, technical architecture, system requirements and integrations based on an analysis of the customer needs and matching against these requirements
  • Provide engaging system demonstrations
  • Assist in establishing the business case for implementing deepc solutions including return on investment or other value associated with the solution
  • Prepare clinical and technical solution information and architecture material and other sales collateral
  • Participate in tender submissions and associated activities such as customer workshops and other tender defence
  • Ensure demonstration systems are prepared and available for any member of the sales team to deliver a high-quality presentations and demonstrations including at customer sites and trade shows
  • Gain and maintain your knowledge of the AI platform components and AI partner solutions including specific integration inputs / outputs for each vendor
  • Provide knowledge transfer to the sales team of technology, integration and AI platform / partner information. Training and enabling sales managers to be more effective in their product knowledge and systems use. This includes ongoing product and portfolio updates
  • Assist the sales team with pricing and proposal support
  • Help the commercial team in getting accurate, real-time visibility of team performance, improved forecasting through maintaining the integrity of the CRM and other sales tools
  • Execute on business process improvement initiatives / projects as required
  • Participate in longer-term projects aimed at improving efficiency or sales team productivity
  • Assist with sales team onboarding
  • Liaise with the product management team regarding customer and other market feedback regarding product features and function
  • Maintain relationships with clients to expand deepc’s offerings and relationships.
  • Travel to prospects and clients to meet key contacts and lead clinical and technical discussions and present and demonstrate deepc solutions.
  • Develop and deliver education materials and events to internal and external customers. Plan and train customer staff in the use of the deepc software portfolio

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in medical imaging, medical informatics or related field.
  • 5 years of experience working with medical imaging and informatics technologies and clinical experience in CT, MR, Cardiology and 3D anatomy / pathology
  • Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills with the ability to lead customer presentations, demonstrations and discovery sessions
  • Excellent technical and integration skills including knowledge of communication protocols like DICOM, HL7 and other protocols
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required including client-facing presentation skills.
  • Ability and eagerness to acquire new technical skills and learn new technologies
  • Fanatical attention to detail and documentation
  • Experience with using a CRM (SFDC preferred)
  • You work well in matrix environments requiring you to work with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Able to work remotely and independently with minimal direction
  • Ethics and experience in a structured / regulated sales organization

  • Travel is required, up to 50%
  • Preferred : Experience with radiology AI products
