The Role
As the demand for workforce management solutions accelerates, ATOSS seeks a results-oriented Enterprise Account Executive (m/f/d) to drive our growth. You will deepen client relationships, uncover strategic opportunities, and lead value-based sales engagements, working closely with C-level stakeholders and internal teams to shape and execute sales strategies that unlock long-term value and sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Research & Discovery: Uncover client needs and business challenges within existing enterprise accounts, using insights to tailor solutions and deepen relationships.
- Value Communication: Develop and present clear value propositions, demonstrating ROI and strategic benefits to decision-makers.
- Strategic Relationship Building: Build relationships across all organizational levels, adapting communication styles to influence and align.
- Account Strategy: Develop and execute account strategies, prioritize high-value accounts, and drive revenue growth.
- Sales Execution: Lead the full sales cycle, from discovery to negotiation and closing high-value deals.
- Negotiation & Closing: Manage complex negotiations, ensure internal and external alignment, and close deals that ensure long-term impact and satisfaction.
- Sustainable Growth: Collaborate with client success teams to ensure smooth onboarding, nurture relationships, and identify expansion opportunities.
Key Requirements
- Robust Sales Experience: Minimum 5 years in enterprise software sales with a successful record of closing high-value deals.
- Consultative Sales: Skilled in identifying needs, tailoring solutions, and guiding strategic decisions.
- Deal Management: Proficient in value-based selling, renewal management, and expansion strategies.
- Industry Experience: Strong understanding of enterprise decision-making in digital workforce management or relevant software domains.
- Bilingual Expertise: Fluent in German and English, capable of engaging multinational clients.
