What will you do :
Following comprehensive training on products, sectors, and our Light division approach, you will lead the largest region in Germany (East-South), serving as the primary contact for senior EU leaders on German-related matters.
- Manage the sales budget for your region(s) with a focus on growth, innovation, and digital solutions.
- Provide commercial guidance to the Field Sales Team.
- Report to the Sales Executive Central / CEE; collaboratively develop your action plan and sales targets aligned with strategic goals. You will introduce new products and lead strategic growth discussions.
- Oversee Total Value Delivery (TVD), pricing, orders, and customer service, with P&L responsibilities.
- Coach and lead a team of sales professionals, working with other regional teams in Germany to achieve ambitious sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with regional partners.
- Enhance the skills of the sales team through training and key account visits.
- Manage technical support for product-related inquiries.
Minimum Qualifications
- Knowledge of the industrial sector.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in chemical engineering, water treatment, chemistry, or related fields.
- At least 8 years of leadership or managerial experience in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
- Desire to grow through challenging experiences.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
- Based in Germany (remote work).
- Fluent in German and English (spoken and written).
- Experience in value selling management in B2B and matrix organizations.
