Quality Assurance Engineer, Data Center

1. Project Management

• Responsible for IDC engineering projects, including self-built bases and leased projects. This involves formulating and breaking down construction delivery goals, comprehensive schedule planning, and setting quality and safety objectives.

2. Process Management

• Manage quality, safety, cost, and risk during the delivery process. Identify potential risks early and develop resolution strategies to meet delivery goals.
• Control the pace of data center construction and delivery projects, from government project initiation to final acceptance and handover, overseeing the entire lifecycle.

3. Coordination and Management

• Manage regional project delivery teams, coordinating with design, cost, and procurement teams to advance construction progress, quality, and safety objectives.

During construction, liaise with regulatory authorities, maintain good vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with construction regulations.

4. System Development

• Lead the development of construction management systems, including schedule, quality, and safety management, as well as evaluation systems for general contractors and management companies.

Qualifications

• Over 5 years of experience in data center construction and project management.
• Full lifecycle project management capabilities to control project goals, schedule, and quality effectively.
• Regular project reviews and adjustments to priorities and resources to align with organizational strategies.
• Proficiency in managing major infrastructure areas such as construction, low-voltage systems, and electrical systems.
• Continuous learning of new industry technologies, theories, and methods, applying them as appropriate.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to summarize issues and develop platform models.
• Ability to organize and break down project goals into portfolio plans.
• Resource allocation skills to ensure effective utilization across project portfolios.
• Mandarin speaking and listening skills required for collaboration with the HQ China team.
