Your responsibilities:

  • First-level support for all personnel-related topics via our electronic ticket system
  • Comprehensive administration and document management for HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle, including contract creation and amendments, supplementary agreements, certificates, and preparation of employment law documents
  • Review of inputs and documents within digital approval processes
  • Close collaboration with HR Business Partners, labor law advisors, and external payroll service providers
  • Handling special tasks such as questions related to occupational pensions, company bicycles, and Alloheim cards
  • Support for cross-functional HR projects or special topics
  • Review of inquiries in the personnel management system

Your profile:

  • Completed commercial training or further qualification as a personnel specialist (w/m/d)
  • Ideally, experience in HR administration, knowledge of labor law and foreigner law (residence and work permits for third-country nationals)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficient in HR management systems and MS Office
  • Enjoyment of using digital tools
  • Structured, independent, reliable, and precise working style
  • High process and service orientation
